The Founder's Journey
I’m Anthony, and I’ve spent the last decade figuring out how real-world business actually works outside of school. I left a corporate HR job in 2012 to start a taco catering business, grew it past six figures, and then realized I wanted something more flexible and scalable than working events every weekend. When I moved online, I started with affiliate marketing, promoting simple offers, which pulled me into digital marketing. From there, I moved into pay-per-lead, generating and selling leads to taco caterers across California, Las Vegas, and the Miami area, as well as other local service industries. I also helped my girlfriend build a house cleaning business in two different states, and now I also run the behind-the-scenes tech and funnels for a health educator in the gut and chronic illness space.
The Problem & The Mission
What I kept seeing over and over is that nobody really teaches young people how to earn their own money in a simple, honest way. Teens are told to “be entrepreneurs” or “follow your passion,” but they’re rarely shown what to do this week to get a real customer. Parents want to help, but most of what’s out there is either school-style theory or hype about becoming a millionaire by 18. This project is my way of filling that gap for teens aged 13–19 with practical, step-by-step help.
Our Philosophy: No Fluff, Just Action
I believe business should feel real and achievable, not like a motivational poster. No fluff, no fake promises, and no pretending you need a perfect brand before you knock on a neighbor’s door. The focus here is on grounded business ideas, clear first steps, simple pricing, basic money skills, and how to talk to adults and customers with confidence so they feel comfortable asking for the sale and delivering on what they promised.
What Makes Our Approach Different
What makes my approach different is that I’m not coming at this as a traditional teacher or a big company. I’ve run my own service business, sold leads, helped build other people’s businesses, and I’ve watched my oldest son and his friends turn their creative projects into something real, while my youngest son is now getting ready to start his own business. I grew up in Los Angeles County, spent time living in the Palm Springs area, and now live in a small town in the Nebraska Panhandle, so I’ve seen both big-city and small-town realities. Outside of work, I’m usually with my family, on a trail somewhere, or watching what teens are building online. All of that feeds into this project: real life, real numbers, and a straightforward path from “idea” to “first customer.”
